Message of April 20 was read, stating the House passed CS FOR                  
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12(RES) with the following                         
amendments:                                                                    
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE JOINT                                              
RESOLUTION NO. 12(RES) am H                                                    
Relating to the United States Department of                                   
Agriculture, Forest Service; relating to the United                            
States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service,                              
strategic plan known as "Reinvention of the Forest                             
Service"; and advocating that implementation of the                            
plan be suspended pending Congressional review                                 
and consultation with local governments.                                       
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House                      
amendments.                                                                    
                                                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the Senate concur in the House                     
amendments to CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                               
12(RES)?"  The roll was taken with the following result:
